My main intention was to connect with someone I can brainstorm ideas with, upcoming areas, price ranges, market research, housing options, etc. I got all that plus I got references to Loan providers to keep my processing going. It was a very smooth process. When I was unsure about home buying we would just check every few weeks to see where I am at. When I made the decision, it was a very fast process with quick turnarounds. Even for properties, I couldn't visit, Marla took videos and sent me while I was traveling so that the home search continue. All in all, great help. I'd highly recommend others to work with Marla.
